Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK)

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Contact Required Before Any Return or Exchange

Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to the nature of our products (beads, small craft components and materials). Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

If, in exceptional circumstances, a change-of-mind return is approved, the cost of return postage is borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe an item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within  48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue while the item is still sealed.

Important:

- If you can see damage inside the packaging, do not open the item.

- Opening the packaging is treated as acceptance of the goods and may invalidate eligibility for a refund or replacement.

After reviewing your message and photos, we will advise whether a return is required and arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

4. Condition of Returned Goods (If a Return Is Authorised)

If we authorise a return (for faulty items only):

- Items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Items that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be refunded or replaced.

Return postage costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Return Shipping Requirements

If a return is authorised, customers are responsible for:

- Paying the return postage cost

- Returning the item using a tracked and insured service (recommended)- Providing proof of postage once the parcel is sent

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
